This document sets out the terms of use for the 110r platform. Please read it carefully before using any of our services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to comply with all terms stated below.

Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility

Binding Agreement

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 110r platform — whether via the website or mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, please stop using the platform immediately.

Age Limit

110r services are available to individuals aged 18 and above only. By registering an account, you declare that you meet this age requirement. The platform reserves the right to request age verification at any time and may suspend or close any account found to be ineligible.

Service Area

The 110r platform operates for users in Malaysia. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of this service complies with the local laws applicable to them. 110r is not liable for any breach of local laws arising from a user's use of the platform.

Account Creation, Security & Responsibilities

Registration & Account Information

Each user may only hold one active account on the 110r platform. Registration requires a valid Malaysian phone number and accurate personal information. You agree not to provide false, incomplete, or misleading information during the registration process. 110r reserves the right to verify any information provided at any time.

Creating duplicate accounts or using another person's identity is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts.

Security & Password

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential — including your username, password, and any verification codes. Do not share this information with anyone.

110r will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

Payments, Transactions & Currency

Deposit & Withdrawal

All transactions on the 110r platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Supported payment methods include online banking via FPX and e-wallets available in Malaysia. Confirmed deposits are non-reversible unless a technical error has been verified by the platform.

Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or payment method registered in the same user's name. 110r reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals above certain amounts. Withdrawal processing times are between one and three business days.

Transaction Integrity

Users are prohibited from using payment methods that do not belong to them or that were obtained unlawfully. Any attempt to manipulate, reverse, or abuse the platform's payment systems may result in account suspension and appropriate legal action.

110r reserves the right to hold or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or activity that violates these terms. In such cases, 110r will cooperate fully with the relevant authorities.

Platform Usage Rules & Liability Limits

Prohibited Conduct

Users are prohibited from:

  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform.
  • Disrupting, damaging, or attempting to compromise the technical infrastructure of 110r.
  • Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another party.
  • Distributing content that is unlawful, deceptive, or harmful to other users.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or financing any illegal activity.

110r Liability Limits

The 110r platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions or technical errors at all times. 110r is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from technical disruptions, system errors, or transaction delays beyond our control.

110r's maximum liability under any circumstance is limited to the total amount you actually deposited within the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

Account Suspension, Intellectual Property & Miscellaneous

Account Suspension & Closure

110r reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, suspicious activity, or for security reasons. Accounts closed due to a terms violation are not eligible for a refund of any remaining balance. Users whose accounts are closed for other reasons may contact [email protected] regarding balance enquiries.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, the 110r brand name, text, graphics, and software found on this platform are the exclusive property of 110r or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 110r. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms

This platform may contain references to third-party services. 110r is not responsible for the content or policies of those third parties.

110r reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon being posted on the platform. Continued use after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Malaysian law governs all disputes relating to the use of the 110r platform.
